[Question] About the Kick, Drop, Delay Features

I would like to ask whether or not the user that you would like to drop receives any notification on their end that they are being dropped.

FE:
If you try to ".k" Player X, Would Player X receive a ".k" note before disconnecting?
If you try to ".b" Player Y, Would Player Y receive a ".b" note before going on a waiting disconnection?
If you try to ".xon" Player Z, Would Player Z receive a ".xon" note?

I don't have another computer or buddy to test this to so I would appreciate your answers on this.
